ABOUT US

Our teachers draw on their wealth of experience in varied traditions to present an in-depth study course for aspiring yoga teachers, as well as students seeking to develop or deepen a personal practice.

Offering a total of 200 hours of study in two weekends per month, our five-month program provides comprehensive instruction in asana, pranayama, mantra and meditation practices.

This core curriculum is complemented by classes in anatomy and physiology; physical adjustments and use of props; sequencing of postures; yoga philosophy and ethics; Sanskrit pronunciation; and other topics designed to broaden students’ personal practice and build confidence in teaching.

With our unique approach that artfully combines both the intellectual and the experiential, students experience the transformative physical, mental, and spiritual effects of a regular, intensive yoga practice.
