The 2010 - 2011 Charlottesville Yoga School Teacher Training is a registered 200-hour Yoga Alliance program held in Ivy and Charlottesville, VA, Master teacher Tias Little, ERYT 500 instructs the Anatomy section of the course.

CYS Students gain the knowledge and skills necessary to become confident yoga teachers while experiencing the transformative physical, mental, and spiritual effects of intensive yoga practice. Classes meet two weekends per month from September through January 2011.
